Renegade/Kibbi LLC has since grown to 105 employees, and has eclipsed production milestones with the 2,000th motorhome and the 1,500th trailer rolling off the assembly line.
Chuck McKibbin saw a need in the marketplace for trailers that could haul racing cars. Although the company did make a few trailers for Nascar drivers like Dale Earnhardt Jr., Tony Stewart and Mark Martin, the primary customers are drag racers. The company has also branched into other markets creating trailers to haul horses or those outfitted for dogs.
In 2004 the principals of Shoreview Industries partnered with Chuck McKibbin in an effort to continue the growth of the Renegade. Chuck retired from the business in 2007 and now currently Shoreview Industries and the employees at Renegade continue the work that Chuck created making a quality unbeatable product.
