Experienced Recreational Vehicle Technicians Wanted!

McKee RV is in immediate need of quality technicians to meet our rapidly expanding business.RV Techs will inspect, diagnose, and perform internal maintenance to RV’s and travel trailers. Will also troubleshoot appliances and other internal components. Basic electrical and plumbing experience required. Experience with Generators a plus. Valid driver license is required.

Parts Specialist

We are looking for a motivated, hardworking and driven Parts Specialist. Competitive pay based on experience! We do offer benefits, As a Parts Specialist you will be responsible for initiating and processing requests for parts. Maintain inventory, audit inventory levels, keep customers apprised of parts orders in progress, help handle daily parts duties, and assist in the processing of warranty claims.

RV Sales Associate

McKee RV is seeking energetic, motivated RV Sales Associates to join our growing team.

• Follow our trusted door to deal sales process
• Work with an Industry leading team to sell new and used RVs with highest quality customer experience
• Conduct effective demonstration of units
• Close sales effectively by working closely with F&I team
• Follow up and commit to a no-pressure, high integrity approach with each customer
• Stay on top of market trends, the RV industry and current dealership inventory
• Attend RV Shows and location events as needed

• Demonstrated excellent oral and written communications skills, along with excellent interpersonal skills
• Solid Communication skills
• Ability to work flexible hours, as required is essential. Hours may include, evenings, and weekends

Education: High School Diploma or equivalent

RV Service Department

McKee RV in Perry is looking for a knowledgeable and experienced person for our RV Service Department, which entails both a retail store and a very busy growing service department. Work for one of the fastest growing RV dealerships in Iowa. Family owned environment, with room for advancement.

Help the Service Department as well as warranty claims and other paperwork. The Service writer's primary objective is to run a profitable Service Department as well as submit warranty claims while providing excellent service for both retail and internal customers.

The Service writer will supervise the work, and manage all aspects of the Service Department. To ensure he or she provides leadership, which enables him/her to monitor all daily processes that include customer service. The Service writer will establish weekly work schedules. The Service writer shall establish cash control procedures to insure that the daily closed tickets and customer payments are delivered to the appropriate individual in the Accounting Office. Additionally, there will be other duties and responsibilities as required by management.

• High school diploma or equivalent is required, college is a plus
• Have strong motivational and organizational skills
• Professional appearance and demeanor necessary
• Strong computer skills including Microsoft Excel and Word
• Valid drivers license accepted by our insurance company
